Section 25B
<br> not to be held without responsibility
No employee shall be retained for a period exceeding one month except in the following cases:-
(a) On long leave,
(b) on suspension, or
(c) If he is not required to be retained in his position due to assignment elsewhere
(2) According to sub-section (1), if an employee is retained without being assigned official responsibility, departmental action will be taken against the official who has the responsibility to be assigned to work.
